A family with plans to grow requested a place where friends and family could congregate. We organized the apartment to extend the sense of arrival: first the entry gallery, flanked by hidden rooms for the kids & the home theater, second the grand room with a mix of formal and everyday spaces adjacent to each other which can be separated by moveable partitions.
